General Questions
How do I schedule an appointment?
You can book online any time or you can give us a call at one of our locations to schedule your appointment. For large group bookings of 8 or more people, we recommend filling out this form.

Do you accept walk-ins?
Walk-ins are welcome, though priority is given to scheduled appointments.We always recommend booking in advance as available spots tend to fill up quickly.
How do I cancel or reschedule appointments?
If you need to cancel or change your appointment, you may do so 24 hours a day online via your profile or by calling the salon during regular business hours. You may cancel your appointment up to 24 hours before your appointment with no penalty. All appointments canceled within the 24 hour window of their appointment will be charged the cancellation fee equal to their appointment value.
What forms of payment do you accept?
We are cashless at all locations. We accept most major credit cards, debit cards and Apple pay.
What is your late policy? / What to do if I am running late?
We understand that unforeseen circumstances can sometimes cause delays. If you find yourself running late, we appreciate a courtesy call to let us know. However, if you are more than 15 minutes late to your appointment, we may have to cancel or reschedule your service for another available time.
Do you offer gift cards?
Of Course! We offer gift cards that make for a wonderful gift for your loved ones. Our gift cards can be purchased at any of our locations or online through our website.
Blowout Questions
How long does a blowout take?
The duration of a blowout can vary depending on factors such as hair length, texture, and specific style. On an average a standard blowout typically takes around 30 to 45 minutes. Our skilled stylists will provide you with a more accurate time estimate based on your consultation.
Can I come get my hair done without getting a wash?
If you arrive with clean, dry hair you can get a drystyle without the need for a wash. Our skilled stylists can work with your existing hair to create a beautiful hair style.
Will my hair be washed during my appointment?
During your appointment, if you book a classic blowout, your hair will be washed, conditioned, and styled by an expert stylist with a blow dryer and any other necessary styling tools. Note that for some updo's it is typically better not to do a wash before styling. If you prefer to have a wash when you have selected an updo styling, please let us know when you book your appointment.
Bridal & Event Questions
When should I book my bridal hair and makeup services?
Bridal hair and makeup bookings should be booked as soon as possible as time slots fill up quickly. Typically most brides book up to six months in advance.
Do you offer trials for bridal hair and makeup?
Yes! Charges may apply.
Do you offer-onsite services?
We offer onsite services subject to availability. Typically, we recommend coming into the salon for bridal services as we have everything ready for a smooth process including shampoo stations, makeup stations and complimentary champagne. This way, every person has a dedicated hair stylist and dedicated makeup artist working on each member of the bridal party to ensure a timely start and finish time for the group.
How far do you travel?
We travel subject to availability within 20 miles of each salon location. For long distance, destination weddings, and international travel, we can accommodate the request with necessary advance notice. Applicable travel fees will apply.
Are your travel costs included in the cost?
Our travel fees are added and included in the final cost.
How long does the hair and makeup process take on the wedding day?
For a full hair and makeup glam process, we recommend budgeting approximately 1.5 hours. Depending upon the services selected, the process for the wedding party may take more or less time.
Hair Extension Questions
Do you use human hair or synthetic hair?
BAM clip-in hair extensions are 100% human hair. We do not carry synthetic hair extensions.
Why choose clip in extensions?
We believe BAM clip-in extensions are the best choice for your hair. Not only do clip-in extensions provide a quick, hassle free, and clean application process, but they are less damaging to your natural hair without the tension, glues, bonding, and maintenance of other types of hair extensions.
Is it possible to straighten or curl my hair extensions?
Yes! Our clip-in human hair extensions are made to be washed and styled.With proper care, you can wear your BAM clip-in extensions over and over for years.
How long can I leave clip in hair extensions? / How long do hair extensions last?
You can leave in your clip-in extensions as long as you like. We do not recommend sleeping with your clip-in extensions. With proper care, your BAM clip-in hair extensions, can last for several years.
Can I go swimming with clip in hair extension?
Yes, your extensions are 100% human hair and can be worn while swimming but we do recommend not recommend doing so as pool chemicals and/or salt water can be harsh on the extensions.
