CANCELLATIONS

All appointment cancellations must be made online or by phone 24 hours before the appointment or the customer shall be charged 100% of the appointment value for late cancellations and/or no-shows. Appointments can not be cancelled, modified, or changed via email. All cancellations will receive an auto-generated email confirming cancellation. If you do not receive this email, please call the salon. Memberships must be cancelled via the form below. After you have submitted a cancellation form, please allow 48 hours minimum before your next monthly payment date and up to 7 days maximum for the cancellation to be processed.
